Wind Park Chelopechene's area is situated in the village of Chelopechene, Kavarna Municipality, State of Dobrich and distances about 1500-2000m E-NE, N-NW from the village. The character of the terrain is slightly hilly, with displacement in the area of the park about 15-20m from west to south. The infrastructure in the area is generally well developed. Close to the wind park there is a power cable 110kV and an asphalt road. The park area is opened for the winds from any direction.
